By purchasing from or booking with Luxe Lashes Beauty Academy, you agree to the following terms.

Retail Products Policy 

All physical retail products sold through this website are considered final sale.

This means:

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
  • No exchanges are available unless an item is faulty on arrival.
  • Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • If a fault is confirmed, a replacement will be offered (not a refund), subject to stock availability.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Training Courses – Refund Policy

All training courses are non-refundable once booked or paid for.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You change your mind
  • You fail to attend
  • You arrive late
  • You are unable to complete the course
  • Personal circumstances arise

One reschedule may be permitted with 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and online materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Liability Disclaimer

Luxe Lashes Beauty Academy is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to products used in training
  • Misuse of techniques learned
  • Client injuries caused by students after training
  • Business losses from misuse of information or tools

Students assume responsibility for safe and professional practice after training.

Intellectual Property

All branding, images, manuals, and training materials remain the property of Luxe Lashes Beauty Academy and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

Privacy

Your personal details will only be used for orders, bookings, and business communication and will not be sold to third parties.
